How will my delivery be shipped?

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.


Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.


What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

Relax, everything is going to be fine. If you just placed your order, please email us at support@yelabuy.com and we’ll correct your address. If it’s been more than 12 hours, it’s possible that your order may have already shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours after order placed. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@yelabuy.com and we will deal with it immediately.
